We match the pressure to what we're cleaning, low on stucco and paint, higher on concrete, so the surface comes clean instead of stripped. Serving Venice, Osprey, Sarasota, Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch.
We cover everything on the outside of the house that takes a wash:
We match the pressure to the surface. Walls, stucco and anything painted get a low-pressure wash with a cleaning solution that kills the mould and algae growing on them, and concrete and pavers get the higher pressure they're built for.
Every visit includes more than the wash itself. We rinse the surrounding area clean and do a thorough walkthrough with you at the end.

Driveways, walls and lanais before and after a wash.
From your call, we talk through which surfaces need cleaning and what state they're in, agree a date, wash them at the right pressure, and walk the property with you before we leave.

Move the cars off the driveway, shut the windows and sliders, and clear the patio furniture and pots off whatever's being cleaned. Keep pets inside while we're there, and leave the outside tap reachable. Ten or fifteen minutes of tidying covers it.
Each surface gets washed at the pressure it can take, and everything around it is rinsed clean before we pack up.
Before we leave we do a thorough walkthrough with you: the surface back to its own color, and nothing left behind on the driveway.
Most of the damage a pressure washer does to a house isn't the machine's fault. It's someone in a hurry. High pressure takes concrete back to its own color in minutes, and once it's on the wand there's a temptation to leave it there for the stucco and the screens.
Knowing when to back it off is most of this job. Painted siding, stucco and screen enclosures come up on low pressure and a solution that kills what's actually growing on them. Driveways, sidewalks and pavers are where the pressure belongs.
We've been making that call on houses around here for more than ten years. It's the difference between a house that looks new and a house that needs a painter.
Walls, the driveway and the lanai usually need doing again every six to twelve months in this climate. Shade and water pull that in toward six months, and a spot in full sun can stretch it out toward eighteen.
No. The surface decides the pressure. Stucco, paint and screens get a low-pressure wash, and it's only concrete and pavers that take the higher pressure.
Pets are better off indoors while we're working.
Not much. We need water, a gate that opens, and a way down the side of the house. Past that, you don't have to be there.
